MacroVOLT™ can support and enhance traditional training. Specific uses are as follows:

Pre-Training

• Provide or link to the training registration system.
• Provide trainer bios and pictures.
• Provide detailed training agenda.
• Provide maps and other conference logistics such as hotels and restaurant information.
• Disseminate training background materials and participant assignments.
• Host a pre-training participant questionnaire.
• Provide links for contact with training and sponsor staff.
• Reduce training handout packet costs by disseminating information online.
• Host a training pre-test that measures and benchmarks student subject knowledge before the event.

During the Training

• Play pre-recorded video, narrated PowerPoint, and other materials.
• Webcast "appearances" to the training group by remotely located content experts.
• Trainers can digitally image and upload copies of all newsprint and other training work products for continued use by the group.
• Properly equipped trainers can make and post audio and/or video recordings of training presentations, breakout group reports, role-plays, and group discussions.

Post-Training

• Disseminate all training products, breakout session reports, PowerPoint slides, etc.
• Provide a post-training evaluation and feedback questionnaire.
• Host a post-test that measures student learning as compared with a training pre-test.
• Provide a photo gallery of training activities.
• Provide list of training participants with their pictures and contact information.
• Host a Web-based refresher course 6 months after the training.
