MacroVOLT™ can support and enhance conferences and other in-person meetings, both before, during, and after the meeting. Specific uses are as follows:

Pre-Conference

• Provide or link to conference registration system.
• Provide speaker bios and pictures.
• Provide detailed conference agenda.
• Provide maps and other conference logistics such as hotels and restaurant information.
• Disseminate conference background materials.
• Host a pre-conference participant questionnaire.
• Provide a FAQ.
• Provide links for contact with conference staff.
• Present conference themes, goals, challenges.
• Reduce conference handout packet costs by disseminating information online.

During the Conference

• Conference sessions can be Webcast(live and/or delayed) to satellite locations.
• Conference sessions can be Webcast(live and/or delayed) to remote participants at their own PCs.
• MacroVOLT™ staff members can prepare multimedia presentations for conference use (such as presentation of the conference theme for an opening session).
• MacroVOLT™ staff members can document conference sessions with onsite video recording, audio recording, and still photography.
• MacroVolt™ staff members can prepare on-site multimedia presentations using video and still images of conference sessions (especially useful for a closing session multimedia presentation).
• Minutes and other outputs of conference and breakout group sessions can be posted.

Post-Conference

• Disseminate all conference minutes, breakout session reports, PowerPoint slides, speeches, and other work products.
• Provide multimedia playback of conference presentations.
• Provide a post-conference evaluation and feedback questionnaire.
• Provide a photo gallery of conference activities.
